Bu politika, Android cihazlarda kullanilan Orbit oyunu icin gecerlidir. Orbit; hesap olusturma gerektirmeyen, tek oyunculu bir mobil arcade oyunudur. Oyunda skor, coin, magaza esyalari ve kozmetik secimler gibi ilerleme bilgileri bulunur.
2. Gelistiricinin Dogrudan Toplamadigi Veriler
Orbit, kullanicidan dogrudan ad, soyad, telefon numarasi, e-posta adresi, tam adres, kisi listesi, kamera, mikrofon, fotograf, dosya, hassas saglik bilgisi veya kart bilgisi istemez. Uygulamada kullanici hesabi veya giris sistemi yoktur. Bununla birlikte asagida aciklanan Google SDK'lari cihaz, uygulama kullanimi, reklam ve satin alma durumuyla ilgili teknik verileri otomatik olarak isleyebilir. Bu nedenle bu veriler kisisel isimle eslestirilmese bile her durumda tamamen anonim kabul edilmemelidir.

Bu bilgiler cihazdaki uygulama depolamasinda tutulur ve Orbit tarafindan herhangi bir gelistirici sunucusuna gonderilmez. Kullanici uygulamayi kaldirarak veya Android ayarlarindan uygulama verilerini temizleyerek bu yerel verileri silebilir.

Orbit; reklam, analiz ve hata raporlama amaclariyla Google servislerini kullanir.
Google AdMob: Orbit icinde odullu reklamlar ve oyun sonu gecis reklamlari kullanilabilir. Google Mobile Ads SDK; reklam gosterimi, olcum, analiz ve sahteciligi onleme amaclariyla IP adresini (yaklasik konum tahmini icin kullanilabilir), Android reklam kimligini, uygulama seti veya benzeri cihaz/uygulama tanimlayicilarini, uygulama acilisi ve dokunma gibi urun etkilesimlerini, reklam etkilesimlerini ve performans/tanilama bilgilerini otomatik olarak toplayabilir ve Google ile paylasabilir.
Firebase Analytics: Orbit, oyunun dengesini ve kullanici deneyimini iyilestirmek icin takma adli/istatistiksel oyun olaylarini kaydeder. Ornek olaylar; oyun baslangici ve bitisi, skor esikleri, jeton toplama, odullu reklam kullanimi, magaza esyasi secimi ve Reklamlari Kaldir satin alma durum olaylaridir. Firebase; Firebase kurulum kimligi, uygulama ornegi ve oturum bilgileri, cihaz/isletim sistemi ve uygulama surumu gibi teknik bilgileri de isleyebilir. Orbit, Analytics'e ad, e-posta, serbest metin kullanici kimligi, satin alma jetonu veya siparis numarasi gondermez.
Firebase Crashlytics: Uygulama cokmesi veya teknik hata olustugunda hata raporlari toplanabilir. Bu raporlar; yigin izleri, hata anindaki ilgili uygulama durumu, cihaz modeli ve ureticisi, isletim sistemi ve uygulama surumu, ag baglanti turu, oturum bilgileri, Crashlytics kurulum UUID'si ve hatadan onceki Analytics etkilesimlerinden olusan tanilama kayitlarini icerebilir. Orbit, Crashlytics'e kullanici adi veya e-posta adresi atamaz.
Google Play Billing: Orbit istege bagli, kalici bir Reklamlari Kaldir urunu sunar. Satin alma, odeme yontemi, islem, iade ve sahiplik durumu Google Play tarafindan islenir. Satin alma sirasinda uygulama urun kimligi, satin alma durumu ve sahiplik sonucunu gecici olarak isleyebilir. Gelistirici kart numarasi veya baska bir odeme bilgisi almaz; satin alma jetonunu ya da siparis numarasini gelistirici sunucusunda saklamaz. Orbit, reklamsiz hakki etkinlestirmek, geri yuklemek veya iade sonrasinda kaldirmak icin Google Play sahipligini kontrol eder.

5. Reklamlar ve Oduller
Orbit icinde odullu reklamlar bulunabilir. Kullanici bir odullu reklami izlemeyi tercih ederse oyun ici jeton veya devam etme hakki gibi oduller kazanabilir. Oyun sonrasinda gecis reklami gosterilebilir. Reklamlarin hazir olmamasi durumunda ilgili reklam butonu gecici olarak kullanilamaz olabilir. Odullu reklami acmamak odul verilmemesi disinda temel oyuna erisimi engellemez. Android/Google reklam ayarlarinda reklam kisilestirmesi ve reklam kimligi yonetilebilir; bu ayarlar reklamlarin tamamen kaldirilacagi anlamina gelmez.
6. Verilerin Kullanim Amaclari
Reklamlari Kaldir urununu satin alan kullanicilara hak aktifken zorunlu oyun sonu gecis reklami gosterilmez. Jeton veya devam hakki veren odullu reklamlar kullanicinin secimine bagli olarak kullanilabilir. Google Play satin alimin iade veya iptal edildigini bildirirse hak sonraki basarili sahiplik kontrolunde kaldirilabilir.

7. Verilerin Paylasilmasi

Ancak Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics ve Google Play Billing; reklam, analiz, hata raporlama, satin alma islemleri, guvenlik ve sahteciligi onleme amaclariyla yukarida belirtilen verileri Google hizmetleriyle isleyebilir veya paylasabilir. Bu aktarim, gelistiricinin kullaniciya ait kart bilgilerine eristigi anlamina gelmez.
8. Cocuklarin Gizliligi
Orbit genel kitleye yonelik bir arcade oyunudur ve 13 yas altindaki cocuklara yonelik olarak tasarlanmamistir. Uygulamada hesap, sohbet veya kullanici tarafindan icerik paylasimi bulunmaz. Google SDK'lari teknik verileri otomatik olarak isleyebildiginden, hedef kitle ve reklam yapilandirmasi Google Play'in cocuklar ve aileler kurallariyla uyumlu tutulmalidir. 9. Guvenlik
Yerel oyun verileri Android'in uygulamaya ozel depolama alaninda tutulur; ancak ayrica uctan uca sifrelenmis bir kasa olarak saklanmaz. Google servislerine aktarilan veriler TLS gibi aktarim sifrelemesi ve ilgili Google servislerinin guvenlik onlemleriyle korunur. Hicbir elektronik saklama veya aktarim yontemi mutlak guvenlik saglayamaz.
10. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Yerel oyun verileri, kullanici uygulamayi kaldirana veya uygulama verilerini temizleyene kadar cihazda kalabilir. Google servisleri tarafindan islenen reklam, analiz ve hata raporlama verileri ilgili Google/Firebase ayarlarina ve saklama surelerine tabidir.

12. Kullanici Haklari ve Talepler
Kullanicilar, gecerli mevzuat kapsaminda kendileriyle ilgili verilerin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme, bilgi talep etme, yanlis bilgilerin duzeltilmesini isteme, silme veya islemeyi sinirlandirma talebinde bulunma ve uygun durumlarda islemeye itiraz etme haklarina sahip olabilir. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed in the Orbit mobile game, how advertising and analytics services are used, and what choices users have regarding their data.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Orbit game on Android devices. Orbit is a single-player mobile arcade game that does not require account registration. The game includes progress-related information such as score, coins, shop items, and cosmetic selections.
2. Data Not Directly Collected by the Developer
Orbit does not directly ask users for their name, phone number, email address, full address, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, sensitive health information, or payment card details. The app does not include a user account or login system. However, the Google SDKs described below may automatically process technical data related to the device, app usage, advertising, and purchase status. Therefore, this data should not always be considered fully anonymous even when it is not linked to a person's name.
3. Data Stored Locally on the Device
Orbit stores certain information locally on the device to maintain the game experience:
- Total coin balance
- High score
- Selected player color
- Selected background theme
- Selected trail effect and sun skin
- Unlocked shop items
- Ready-to-use consumable skills such as the energy shield, coin magnet, and slow field
- Selected application language
- The date and number of rewarded ads watched that day for the daily reward limit
- Cached remove-ads entitlement and the time of the last successful Google Play ownership check
This information is stored in the app storage on the device and is not sent by Orbit to a developer-operated server. Users can delete this local data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from Android settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Orbit uses Google services for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
Google AdMob: Orbit may show rewarded ads and game-over interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share with Google the IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), Android advertising ID, app set or similar device/app identifiers, product interactions such as app launches and taps, ad interactions, and performance/diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Firebase Analytics: Orbit logs pseudonymous/statistical gameplay events to improve game balance and user experience. Examples include game start and game over, score milestones, coin collection, rewarded ad usage, shop item selection, and Remove Ads purchase-state events. Firebase may also process a Firebase installation ID, app-instance and session information, and technical information such as device/OS and app version. Orbit does not send names, email addresses, free-text user IDs, purchase tokens, or order numbers to Analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics: If the app crashes or encounters a technical error, crash reports may be collected. These reports may include stack traces, relevant app state at the time of failure, device model and manufacturer, OS and app version, network connection type, session information, a Crashlytics installation UUID, and diagnostic breadcrumbs based on preceding Analytics interactions. Orbit does not assign a user name or email address to Crashlytics.
Google Play Billing: Orbit offers an optional, permanent Remove Ads purchase. Google Play processes the purchase, payment method, transaction, refund, and ownership status. During the purchase flow, the app may temporarily process the product ID, purchase state, and ownership result. The developer does not receive card numbers or other payment credentials and does not store a purchase token or order number on a developer-operated server. Orbit checks Google Play ownership to activate, restore, or revoke the remove-ads entitlement after a refund.

5. Ads and Rewards
Orbit may include rewarded ads. If a user chooses to watch a rewarded ad, they may receive in-game coins or a continue/revive reward. Interstitial ads may be shown after gameplay ends. If an ad is not ready, the related ad button may be temporarily unavailable. Declining an optional rewarded ad does not block access to the core game, other than not receiving that reward. Ad personalization and the advertising ID can be managed in Android/Google ad settings; these settings do not necessarily remove all ads.
6. Purposes of Data Processing
Users who purchase Remove Ads will not receive forced game-over interstitial ads while the entitlement is active. Optional rewarded ads for coins or continuing a run remain available by user choice. If Google Play reports that the purchase was refunded or revoked, the entitlement may be removed after the next successful ownership check.

The developer does not sell user data or create its own advertising customer lists. However, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing may process or share the data described above with Google services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchase processing, security, and fraud prevention. This processing does not give the developer access to users' payment card details.
8. Children's Privacy
Orbit is a general-audience arcade game and is not designed for children under 13. The app has no account, chat, or user-content sharing features. Because Google SDKs may automatically process technical data, the app's audience and advertising configuration must remain consistent with Google Play's children and families requirements. A parent or guardian concerned about data relating to a minor may contact the developer using the address below.
9. Security
Local game data is stored in Android's app-specific storage, but it is not kept in a separately end-to-end encrypted vault. Data transmitted to Google services is protected by transport encryption such as TLS and the safeguards of the relevant Google service. No electronic storage or transmission method can provide absolute security.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data may remain on the device until the user uninstalls the app or clears the app data. Advertising, analytics, and crash reporting data processed by Google services is subject to the applicable Google/Firebase settings and retention periods.

Data processed by Google services may be processed on servers outside the user's country. These operations are subject to Google's privacy policy, terms, and data processing conditions.

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to ask whether data relating to them is processed, request information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, and object to certain processing where applicable.
